Refunds and Replacements
If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase. See the steps below.
Or, if your shipment was damaged and you would like a replacement, please follow the steps below.
To return an item for refund or replacement:
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
- Email us about your return or replacement issue: returns@321improv.com
- Include the original packing slip (or a copy) in the shipment and return to our address:
